H. Parkman Biggs PhD, JD, MBA serves currently as CEO of ofCourse Scheduling and Eusabian Technologies, software companies with business in US, Europe and Asia. Formerly Chair of the Foreign Language Dept at Houghton College, Biggs served as Assistant then Associate Dean in the College of Arts and Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. He is a dual citizen of the US and Italy and currently resides in Paris, France.
Thomas J. Bussen, JD, MBA, DBA (2021) is currently a faculty member at the highly innovative African Leadership University in Kigali, Rwanda. There, he teaches Organizational Behavior in the International Business and Trade Department. Previously, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer and as Assistant Professor of Business at the American University of Central Asia, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Bussen taught courses there in Leadership, International Business and Ethics. Bussen also served as visiting researcher at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, and is now a doctoral student at the University of Florida, Organizational Behavior – Management. A former lawyer, Tom has also written books on Compliance Management, Public Sector Administration in Central Asia, and Global Leadership.
Tom has traveled to around 75 countries. He has also participated in numerous half and full marathons, and hiked both the El Camino across northern Spain and the Colorado Trail across the Rocky Mountains (+/- 500 miles each). His best friend is his dog, Apollo, but he’s a pretty big fan of people, too.
